·          Half  hour Rehearsal at Kings Mills with a coordinator to assist in planning your ceremony (Held on Wednesday or Thursday evening at 6:00 or earlier)

·          Use of Kings Mills Chapel for your ceremony

·          Bridal Suite for Bride and her attendants to wait prior to ceremony

·          Set up of seating for your guests (outdoor ceremonies require chair rental)

·          Coordination of your Ceremony on Site

·          Decorative table for unity candle in chapel and stone pillar for unity candle outside

·          With this package you may arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reception and begin your ceremony 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reception. If you require more time prior to the 1 hour and 15 allotted, through request or early arrival, any overtime will be billed at a reduced rate.

·              Bridal Runner - Runner for aisle ($42.00 rental)

·          Portable Sound System - Necessary for music or microphones ($45.00)

·          Wireless Lapel Mic for Officiant ($29.00 each)

·          Wireless Handheld Mic for Soloist or reader ($29.00 each)

·          Unity Candles and Holders Available in the Kings Mills Office (prices vary)

·          Chair covers - White linen chair covers for ceremony ($100.00 for Chapel Chairs)

                Optional Sash for chair cover add ($1.00 per seat)

Outdoor Ceremony

·          Outdoor ceremonies must start before 6:00 on Friday,  before 3:00 on Saturday, and before 4:00 on Sunday

·          Chair Rentals - Chairs for outdoor ceremonies ($1.95 per chair)

·          Portable Sound System - Necessary for music or microphones ($45.00)
